9 - 10:30 am Silent Yoga Practice
10:30 - 11:00 am Silent Walk - Photo Challenge
11am - 12:30 pm Meditation Workshop
12:30 - 3:00 pm - Silent lunch and Ride Break (Lift ticket not included)
3:00 - 4:15 pm - Yin Yoga to teach us to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress.
4:30 - 6 pm Tapping into the higher self workshop
6:30 - 8 pm Restorative Sound Bath
