Yoga Nidra is the restful, insightful and powerful practice of yogic sleep. You will be resting on the ground/ mat while I guide you through the 5 koshas/ layers of your being. This is an excellent practice to help you work through a dilemma, sleep issues and set goals.

Modifications are always available in any given class and you can go at your own pace. If you show up to class and lay on the mat and take a nap, there will be nothing but support for that all around.

  • Accessible to all bodies. All levels.

  • Pre-registration is recommended. Drop-ins are welcome but space is not guaranteed.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to guarantee enough time to read and sign waivers and get acquainted with the studio.

  • 3 hour cancellation notice is required (by email: info@sunpeaksyoga.ca). Class credit may be offered. No refunds.

  • Props: Please let me know if you do not have a mat or blanket so I can make sure there are enough in the space for everyone. I do have some at my house, I only need to know to bring it for you.

    • Bolster, pillow (or extra blanket)

    • 2 blocks
