Bike Body Prep Series
This is an event series

Get stoked for this 6 week series designed to prepare your body and mind for the upcoming bike season! This exciting series is led by Meghan Kolodka: Certified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and long time lover of mountain biking. We will focus on bike-specific muscle groups and incorporate strength, flexibility, mobility, breath work and meditation for a well-rounded and unique class every week.

Limited spaces available.

Included with Monthly Memberships (due to limited capacity, commitment to at least 5 of the 6 sessions is required for registration). Drop ins may be allowed if space is available.
