Pilates Spring Series – Feel the muscles you never knew you had!

Our bodies have different needs depending on what we ask them to do. Do yourself a favour, and don’t let those muscles that worked hard through the winter cool down completely! You’ll be happy when you ask your legs to keep pedaling on your mountain bike, or swing your upper body into a powerful rotation with golfing.

Here’s a five week Pilates series to bridge the gap between winter and summer, in which we will focus on whole-body strengthening, focusing more on the core usage (as the song goes - burn, baby, burn). Every class will continue to include spine movements in all the planes (as a Pilates class “signature”), but we’ll add more arm and leg work and joint mobility.

Invest one hour per week in your body and be amazed at how much it will give you back!

Bonus: You’re welcome to show up a few minutes earlier and use the space and any props for stretching and fascial release!
