End class with a relaxing savasana to set you up for the rest of your day or night.
This class can benefit your body, mind and all areas of your life. Depending on your teacher you may get a Spicy flow with Meghan, or a hip-focused class with Kayla or something in between. We always teach to the group in front of us and are happy to modify to help everyone get what they need most out of the class.
- Accessible to all bodies. All levels.
- Covid-19 Safety Protocols in place.
- Pre-registration is recommended. Classes with zero registrations 2 hours prior to start time will be cancelled. Drop-ins are welcome for classes that have registrations, but are not guaranteed.
- Zoom link provided with registration. Option to attend in person or via Zoom for all classes where a link is provided.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to guarantee enough time to read and sign waivers and get acquainted with the studio.
- 2 hour cancellation notice is required (by email: info@sunpeaksyoga.ca). Class credit may be extended for timely cancellations. No refunds.
