
This is a hip focused flow class that links breath with movement to yoke body, mind and spirit and release tension in the hips.
This class is more advanced with some challenging asana and welcome to all levels.
Please register in advance to ensure your spot.
Arrive 10 minutes before class to give yourself time to get comfortable.
Wear comfortable layers
Please bring water, a mat and two blocks if you have them, or let me know if you need props and I will make sure there is one for you. I have extras at my home.
