Yin to Nidra pairs the deep, long held poses of yin yoga that move the energy through the physical body and release the fascia followed by the restful, insightful and powerful practice of yogic sleep.
Modifications are always available in any given class and you can go at your own pace. If you show up to class and lay on the mat and take a nap, there will be nothing but support for that all around.
- Accessible to all bodies. All levels.
- Pre-registration is recommended. Drop-ins are welcome but space is not guaranteed.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to guarantee enough time to read and sign waivers and get acquainted with the studio.
- 3 hour cancellation notice is required (by email: info@sunpeaksyoga.ca). Class credit may be offered. No refunds.
- Props: You are required to bring your own mat and props, please notify me ASAP if you do not have a mat. For this class you will need to bring:
- Water or tea
- Mat
- Blanket
- Bolster (or extra blanket)
- 2 blocks
