
What is this for?
We will tackle that pesky head forward position that can lead to hunched shoulders. (Thoracic Kyphosis) this one is a slower process so we have 7 weeks to explore this practice.
Benefits may include and are not limited to:
Improved Head position comfort in biking, Shoulder checking (driving, skiing, boarding, biking, etc.) Golf swing, osteoporosis and height loss, depression, breathing, neck and shoulder mobility.
Investment
For the 2024/25 fall and winter season Yoga therapy series are discounted and will increase after finishing my C-IAYT program. In this time all series will be run with behind the scenes help from a mentor, ensuring excellent classes that will support the growth of the group.

We will spend some time on the ground, and I will have chairs available to assist with transitions and standing poses.
