9 yoga classes, 2 workshops and one Sound Bath (value of $400) for $205.

This event begins with an early morning yoga series to get your body ready for those first laps! These classes will build strength and mobility in all the muscle groups needed to have fun on the snow. They will end in time to get you to the lift for 8:30 am when they start turning.

Afternoons will offer workshops on Fascia and Mindset to help you care for your whole body to have a nice long winter season.

After lifts close come in for Post Ride Recovery and release any aches and pains so you wake up the next day feeling fresh and ready!

Saturday Night has a Sound Bath paired with Restorative Yoga and Sunday ends with a class taught with a therapeutic approach to yoga for Hips and Knees.
